01Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using Stylefi (the "App" or "Service"), you fully agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you also confirm that you have permission from your legal guardian to use the App.
02About Stylefi
Stylefi is an app that helps you put together outfits using the pieces already in your own wardrobe. To do this, we use artificial intelligence models that take photos of your body and your registered pieces as input.
Right now, Stylefi does not sell clothing, does not recommend external pieces, and has no affiliation with brands. The focus is helping you make better use of what you already own.
03Your account
To use the Service, you need to create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential;
- Keeping your account details up to date;
- All activity carried out from your account.
Let us know right away if you suspect that someone else has accessed your account.
Email verification
After signup, we send a confirmation link to the email you provided. App access is limited until you confirm — you can sign in and out, but you can only generate and save outfits after confirming your email. The link has a limited validity (currently 24 hours) and is single-use; you can request a new one at any time from the verification screen inside the app.
04Permitted use
You agree to use Stylefi only for personal and lawful purposes. The following is prohibited:
- Uploading photos of other people without their permission;
- Uploading content that is illegal, offensive, violent, sexual involving minors, discriminatory, or that violates third-party rights;
- Attempting to bypass credit limits, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the servers;
- Using the Service to build a competing product based on the generated results;
- Collecting data from other users through scraping or automated means.
05Your content (photos and pieces)
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Stylefi — your full-body photo, photos of pieces, descriptions, and tags.
By uploading content, you grant Stylefi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to process and store that content only for what is necessary to operate the Service — that is, generating outfits for you, displaying your pieces in the app, and improving your account experience.
Important: we do not use your photos to train public AI models. Your images are not shared with third parties, except for infrastructure providers under confidentiality agreements (see our Privacy Policy).
You can delete individual pieces at any time inside the app — they leave your library and stop being used in new outfits. To permanently delete all of your photos (including the body photo), you need to close your account by contacting us. We keep the body photo linked while the account is active because it is essential for the app to work.
06Credits and payments
Stylefi runs on a credit system. 1 credit = 1 outfit — so 10 credits equal 10 generated outfits.

Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no recurring subscription and no charge is made without your explicit confirmation.
How payments work
Payments are processed inside the stores themselves (Apple App Store and Google Play), following those platforms' rules and terms. Credits are delivered to your Stylefi account after the store confirms the purchase.
When Stylefi also becomes available as a web version, payments will be processed through payment gateways (cards and PIX) directly by Stylefi.
Refunds
Since credits are consumed immediately when used, we generally do not refund credits that have already been spent. If a technical failure consumed credits without delivering a result, we will return the credits within 7 business days after review.
Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' policies and must be requested directly from them. When available, refunds for purchases made through the web version will follow the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90).
Coupons and bonuses
Promotional coupons (including the welcome bonus for Waitlist subscribers) may have specific rules, expiration dates, and per-account usage limits. Those rules will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
Welcome bonus
Every newly created account automatically receives a small starter credit bonus. The exact amount is managed by the Stylefi team and can be adjusted at any time — the value in effect at the time you sign up is what gets credited. The welcome bonus is one-time per account, is not retroactive for pre-existing accounts, and does not stack with future policy changes.
07Referral program
Every Stylefi account automatically receives a unique referral code, shown on your profile screen. You can share this code with other people; anyone who signs up using your code and confirms their own email earns you bonus credits on your account.
The values and limits of the program are defined by the Stylefi team and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice (for example, how many credits the referrer earns per approved referral and how many approved referrals count within a single month). The parameters in effect at the moment each referral is approved are the ones applied to that referral.
Anti-abuse rules
To keep the program fair, the following rules apply (all checked automatically by the Service at signup or at confirmation):
- No self-referral: you cannot use your own code to sign up a second account of your own.
- Referrer must have a confirmed email: accounts whose email has not yet been confirmed cannot refer anyone.
- The link is set only once: "who referred you" is recorded at signup and cannot be changed afterwards.
- A user can only be referred once: switching emails, creating a new account with the same details, or using different codes does not produce a new reward for the same pair.
- Bonus depends on email confirmation: a referral is only considered valid when the invited person actually confirms their email — pending invitations do not generate credit.
- Monthly cap per referrer: we apply a cap on the number of approved referrals per calendar month (UTC) per account. When the cap is reached, additional referrals in that month are still counted as approved for relationship purposes, but without crediting any further bonus.
- Abusive, automated, or coordinated use (creating fake accounts, mass-signup patterns, identity fraud, and any attempt to bypass the limits above) may lead to suspension of the account, reversal of credits granted through referrals, and a ban from the program, without prejudice to the other sanctions set out in these Terms.
The referral program is a benefit offered by Stylefi at the team's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time — credits already granted from referrals that were already approved remain valid.
08Artificial intelligence and limits
Stylefi uses AI models to suggest combinations and render outfits. These suggestions are guidance and may contain inaccuracies — colors that don't pair perfectly, pieces rendered differently from real life, or suggestions that are not ideal for the occasion you entered.
You are the one who decides what to wear. Stylefi is not liable for aesthetic, commercial, or personal choices made based on the app's suggestions.
09Intellectual property
The name "Stylefi", the brand, the app's design, the texts, icons, code, and architecture are owned by Stylefi and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
You may share screenshots of the app for your personal use and on social media, as long as you do not alter or remove visible marks and credits.
10Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, with prior notice when possible, if we identify:
- A breach of these Terms;
- Fraudulent use of payments or credits;
- A risk to the security of the Service or other users.
You can close your account at any time from inside the app. When you close it, all of your personal data and photos are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11Limitation of liability
Stylefi is provided "as is". Despite our efforts to keep the Service stable, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors, or that it will meet specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylefi is not liable for:
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities;
- Purchasing, discarding, or styling decisions made based on the suggestions;
- Temporary outages for maintenance.
12Changes to terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, in the law, or in our practices. Relevant changes will be communicated by email and/or inside the app, with at least 15 days of advance notice.
Continuing to use Stylefi after a new version of the Terms takes effect means you agree with it. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the effective date.
13Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/14), and the LGPD (Brazil's general data protection law, Law 13.709/18).
Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, except where applicable law sets a different venue (for example, the consumer's place of residence).
